This summer I travelled to the South of Spain for some sun and sea. Spending most days either lazing by the pool or down by the beach, the most stressful part of my day was usually deciding where to go for dinner that evening.
One place I did want to share with you was the beautiful town of Mijas. Set in the Sierra de Mijas mountain range, it boasted some of the best views for miles, stretching all the way down the Costa del Sol. With a 14th century church, white clad buildings and beautiful cobbled streets, this really was a hidden gem.
Now that I’m a bit more tan, I’m ready to get back to work and more importantly the gym after consuming my body weight in tapas this holiday!
